During the 3rd season of American Idol, viewing parties were held each Tuesday, and sometimes Wednesdays, for fans to watch the show together.
Fantasia's Uncle, Ricky
It was a great way to share the excitement for this talented lady. Fans got to meet some of Fantasia's family members, and gain some prized souveniers, such as t-shirts and bumper stickers. According to the fans I've talked to, it was great to be involved in the fun.
The highlight of the season was the Wednesday night results show for the finale at the Greensboro Coliseum, hosted by Clay Aiken. There were thousands of fans present, and sources say they were WILD the entire night. The energy and excitement was at an all-time high.

Rap duo, Dona Vigor, friends of Fantasia
It was a fine tribute to the love fans felt towards Fantasia. Those of us who couldn't go to the venue were celebrating with whoops and hollers in our homes. I'm sure if any of my neighbors heard me yelling they smiled and said, "There's another Fantasia fan in the neighborhood!"
